Genre Coffee Roasters is a roasting and green buying project started by a home enthusiast and a seasoned barista. We are focused on offering lightly roasted, fruit-forward coffees ranging from clean to more process-oriented. Basically, coffees we want to drink and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

What is your roasting schedule?
Roasting on Mondays, shipping/ local pick up on Tuesdays.
What is the suggested brew guide?
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the double bloom method. Start with 15 grams of coffee and bloom with 50 grams of water. Wait 30 seconds and pour another 50 grams. Around the one-minute mark, pour 150 grams of water, totaling 250 grams of water for the brew altogether. Aim for a finish around 2:40 to 3:10.
Works on flat bottom and conical brewers.
How long should the coffee rest?
We feel our coffee peaks at two weeks after roasting date.
