We are excited to release a new coffee, this one is from Rwandan and is a very citrus forward clean tasting experience for a natural coffee. Sourced from @croptocup

This Rwandan coffee comes from the Kinini Coffee Cooperative.
A coffee co-op made up of 342 smallholder members across 3 Villages: Kinini, Tumba and Mageragere

The coffee is of the Bourbon Variety, and is a Natural processed.  “Natural process” or “Dry process,” means drying coffee cherries whole without the intervention of water or machines to remove any of the fruit. Prior to drying, the cherries are picked, floated in water, and sorted to remove any under-ripe or overripe fruit.

We’ve roasted this coffee to express and bring out the delicate nuisaunce of lime, lavender and green apple that is expressed throughout the coffee.
